Halloween Bingo | Beginning Sounds | 30 Cards
This Halloween-themed bingo game is dedicated to helping your kindergarten and first-grade students practice initial sounds in words. Your students will have fun finding scary Halloween words on their bingo cards.
How to Play:
• Show the picture identification cards to the students so they can identify the pictures on their Bingo cards.
• Give each student a Bingo card and something to cover the spaces when a letter is called. (You can use unifix cubes or pompoms etc)
• The teacher draws a letter card and calls out the letter (C<A<N<D or Y) and a letter. If a picture with that initial sound is on a player’s card, its square may be covered with a marker.
• When a player has a full line straight across a row, or straight down a column, he yells out "bingo!" and wins the game.
